A pocket T-shirt made from air-spun cotton made from cotton fluff of about 13-33 mm length, mainly grown in the cotton-growing areas of the Mississippi River basin in the United States. It features the rough texture and look that is unique to American cotton, due to the torque on the outside of the yarn being stronger than the inside.
The large pockets, shape, and double stitching are typical details of baseball uniforms worn in the United States in the 1890s. The neck rib is a polyurethane-mixed binder specification, which assists in stretching when putting on and taking off, and prevents the garment from losing its shape.
